Ron has been a musician in various guises since a very early
age.
Not only is he a truly gifted writer, he is an extremely
talented guitarist and multi-instrumentalist.
He had his
roots in rhythm and blues and has collaborated with various
bands.
Although a relative newcomer to folk music, he is rapidly
gaining in popularity as one of the folk scenes most prolific
songwriters
with a reputation for writing finely crafted songs.
One
of them is the well known “Who sang the blues for Peter
Green”.
His work has been covered by many performers
including John Scott Cree, Paul Surman and Geoff Higginbottom.
