Emma and the professor are Emma Heath and Mark Davies.

Based in South Shropshire this duo performs traditional and original penned songs drawing on folk, rock and blues influences.

Emma began her career with Benji Kirkpatrick and his band “The Hedgerows” and contributed a track to the first ‘Evolving Tradition’ album.

Mark first started out as the poet Emma began writing songs with three years ago.

Now he joins her on stage in his own right after picking up the bodhran only two years ago.

With the simple yet dynamic combination of guitar, bodhran and voice this duo creates powerful songs with high energy and feeling, captivating audiences wherever they have played.
