Linda
is first and foremost a singer/songwriter with a passion for
melody and
with a guitar style that ranges from delicate folk ballad accompaniment
through to strident and percussive contemporary pieces and is
no stranger to the club.
She has played many a floor spot and
performed a shared stage night with Ana & Amy a few years
ago.
Often, she sits with husband Richard when
he engineers the sound desk!
Lynn has always enjoyed traditional
music and has
played in bands for barn dances and ceilidhs.
She currently
plays in a band called ‘Asha’ (having formerly played with
a variety of bands including the Sussex-based Touchstone, Malarkey,
in the line-ups with Michele Welborn and the odd guest appearance
with the Cock and Bull band.)
Together they play and sing traditional
folk, modern day covers and Linda’s original material. |
